Today, I happened to look out my window and found a little hummingbird waiting there.
Sometimes, one comes to visit my window, and each time it feels like such a special gift🥰
I was completely mesmerized. Then I thought, "Quick! I need a photo!" But by the time I fumbled for my phone, the little visitor had already flown away.
It reminded me of a dream I had many years ago.
In the dream, I was holding a camera when I looked up and saw the most extraordinary thing—a rainbow shaped like a donut.
"A donut-shaped rainbow?!" I gasped and immediately lifted my camera to take a picture.
The instant I pointed the camera at it, the rainbow disappeared.
When I lowered the camera, it appeared again.
I raised the camera... and it vanished.
Again and again.
Then Setsu explained to me,
"It's not meant to be captured. It's meant to be experienced."
To see it with your own eyes.
To feel the moment.
To take in everything—the scenery, the atmosphere, and the emotions that arise within you.
Looking back now, I feel that the impossible donut-shaped rainbow was a symbol of miracles.
Maybe it was also a reminder that every moment in our lives—from the smallest everyday happenings to the biggest life-changing events—is something to experience fully, rather than
simply preserve.
Setsu always says,
"We are born to experience life."
Today, I'm grateful for it all🙏

El otro día, por casualidad miré por la ventana y encontré un pequeño colibrí.
De vez en cuando viene a visitarme a mi ventana, y cada vez se siente como un regalo especial🥰
Me quedé completamente fascinada. Entonces pensé: "¡Rápido! ¡Tengo que sacar una foto!". Pero mientras buscaba mi teléfono apresuradamente, el pequeño visitante ya había salido
volando.
Eso me hizo recordar un sueño que tuve hace muchos años.
En el sueño, llevaba una cámara en las manos cuando levanté la vista y vi algo extraordinario: un arcoíris con forma de dona.
"¿¡Un arcoíris con forma de dona!?" pensé asombrada, y enseguida levanté la cámara para fotografiarlo.
Pero en el mismo instante en que apunté la cámara, el arcoíris desapareció.
Cuando bajé la cámara, volvió a aparecer.
La levanté otra vez… y volvió a desvanecerse.
Una y otra vez.
Entonces Setsu me dijo:
"No está hecho para ser capturado. Está hecho para ser vivido."
Mirarlo con tus propios ojos.
Sentir ese instante.
Percibir por completo el paisaje, la atmósfera y las emociones que nacen dentro de ti.
Ahora, al mirar atrás, siento que aquel imposible arcoíris con forma de dona era un símbolo de los milagros.
Y quizá también un recordatorio de que cada momento de nuestra vida, desde los más pequeños acontecimientos cotidianos hasta los grandes cambios, está hecho para ser vivido
plenamente, más que para ser simplemente guardado.
Setsu siempre dice:
"Los seres humanos nacimos para experimentar la vida."
Hoy doy gracias por cada experiencia que la vida me regala🙏

ふと窓を見たら、ハチドリさんがいました。
たまーーに、私の部屋の窓にやってきてくれます🥰
見惚れると同時に、しゃ、しゃ、写真を！！
それで思い出しました。
昔、夢の中で、ドーナツ型の虹が出てきたことがあるんです。
夢の中の私はカメラを持っていて。
「え！ドーナツ型の虹？！？！」と驚いて、
で、カメラを向けると、その虹は消えてなくなります。
えー！とカメラを降ろすと、
そしてまたカメラを向けると消える…。
節が説明してくれました。
「それは、記録に残すのではなく『体感しなさい』ってことね」
ちゃんと自分の目で見て、
そのときの状況も自分の感情も
ぜんぶ感じて体感する。
節はいつも言います。
「人間は体験するために生まれてきた」
ドーナツ型というあり得ないような形の虹は奇跡を象徴していたの
小さなことから大きなことまで、毎日のことも象徴していたのだろ
起こることすべてに感謝します🙏
