“I’ll take that cart!”
I was at the supermarket, loading my groceries into the trunk of my car in the parking lot.
I was in a hurry and wanted to get home as quickly as possible.
After I finished loading everything, it hit me:
“Oh no! I still have to take this cart all the way back to the cart return place!”
Most of the time, I try to park in areas with fewer cars because I don’t want my car or anyone else’s car to get bumped. The downside? The cart return is usually miles away!
Just as I was saying to myself, “Ahhh!”, a woman on her way into the store smiled at me and said,
“I’ll take that cart!”
It felt like time stood still for a moment.
I felt so grateful—
for that woman,
for her warm smile,
for getting home safely,
and for the angels who helped me along the way.

¡Yo me llevo ese carrito!
Estaba en el supermercado, guardando las compras en el maletero de mi coche en el estacionamiento.
Tenía prisa y quería llegar a casa lo antes posible.
Cuando terminé de cargar todo, me di cuenta de algo:
¡Ay no! ¡Todavía tengo que llevar este carrito hasta la zona de devolución, que está lejísimos!
La mayoría de las veces intento estacionar en zonas donde hay menos coches, porque no quiero que mi coche ni el de nadie más reciba un golpe. ¿La desventaja? ¡La zona para devolver los carritos suele estar a kilómetros de distancia!
Justo cuando estaba diciéndome a mí misma: «¡Ahhh!», una mujer que iba entrando a la tienda me sonrió y me dijo:
¡Yo me llevo ese carrito!
Por un momento, sentí que el tiempo se detenía.
Me sentí profundamente agradecida:
por esa mujer,
por su cálida sonrisa,
por haber llegado a casa sana y salva,
y por los ángeles que me ayudaron en el camino.

「そのカート、もらってくわ！」
スーパーマーケットでお買い物をして、
駐車場でカートの中のものを車のトランクに積んでいたときのこと。
少しでも早く帰りたくて急いでいました。
積み終わったあと、気づいたのは、
あぁぁ！このカートをはるか遠いカート置き場まで持って行かなきゃいけない！！！ということ。
誰の車にもぶつけたくないので、日頃から駐車場では車があまり停まっていないところに駐車するようにしている私。
カート置き場が遠いったらありゃしない（笑）
急いでいて、「あぁぁぁ！！」となっていたところに、
これからお店に向かおうとする女性が笑顔で、「そのカート、もらってくわ！」と。
一瞬、時が止まったかのうように感じました。
あの女性の方に、
彼女の笑顔に、
家まで無事に帰れたことに、
目に見えない存在が助けてくださったことに、
とても感謝でした🙏
